RENTAL CONTRACT
Booking & Payment Terms
• Reservation Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Your booking is not officially confirmed until this deposit is received.
• Final Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than two (2) days prior to the scheduled event.
• Payment Methods: We proudly accept payments via Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash App.
• Non-Payment: Please note that rental items will not be delivered or set up if the balance has not been cleared in full by the due date.
•Delivery Fees: Client agrees to pay a delivery fee. This fee is calculated based on the zip code of the Event Location. A final quote for delivery will be provided once the venue address is confirmed and is subject to change if the Event Location is moved to a different zip code.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Cancellations: All payments and deposits are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: The Lessee may request to reschedule the event date at no additional cost, provided the request is made at least 14 days prior to the original date. Rescheduling is subject to inventory availability.
Logistics: Delivery & Setup
• Access: The Lessor will deliver and retrieve items at the times agreed upon. The Lessee is responsible for ensuring the venue is accessible and a representative is present during these windows.
• Power Requirements: For all lighted inventory (e.g., marquee letters), the Lessee must provide a dedicated, grounded power source within 25 feet of the setup area.
•Weather Contingency: For outdoor setups, the lessee must provide an indoor "Plan B" location in the event of rain or high winds (over 15mph). The lessor reserves the right to refuse setup in unsafe weather conditions to prevent damage, with no refund issued.
FORCE MAJEURE (Inclement Weather & Safety):
The Lessor (EndlessBlooms) reserves the right to cancel or modify a setup if conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g., high winds, heavy rain, or flooding).
• Outdoor Setups: It is the Client’s responsibility to provide a "Plan B" indoor location. If no indoor location is available and setup is canceled for safety reasons, no refunds will be issued for the rental fee.
• Company Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the Lessor is unable to perform due to illness or emergency, a 100% refund (including deposit) will be issued to the Client.
Equipment Care & Ownership
• Damage & Loss: The Lessee assumes full responsibility for the equipment from the time of delivery until pickup. Any damage, theft, or loss will be assessed by the Lessor, and the cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the Lessee or deducted from the security deposit.
• Ownership: All rented items remain the exclusive property of the Lessor. The Lessee shall not sell, sub-lease, or dispose of any items.
Liability & Safety
• Waiver of Liability: The Lessor is not responsible for any injury, accident, or property damage that occurs during the use of the rented items. The Lessee assumes all risk and liability once the items are on-site.
Promotional Release
• Media Rights: The Lessor reserves the right to photograph and video the equipment at the event for marketing purposes (including Instagram, TikTok, and website portfolios). If you prefer to keep your event private, please submit a request prior to the event date.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting this contract and deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
