Waiver & Release of Liability
By completing this purchase, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation - I understand that my attendance at the Barrington Bourbon Fest (“Event”) is entirely voluntary. I understand that the Event includes alcohol consumption and participation in social and recreational activities.
2. Assumption of Risk - I understand that participation may involve risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness (including exposure to communicable diseases), accidents, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with the Event.
3. Release of Liability - In consideration of being permitted to attend and participate, I release and hold harmless Barrington Bourbon Fest, its owners, organizers, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, performers, venue, the owner(s) of the property where the Event is held, and any affiliated parties (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to my participation in the Event.
4. Conduct - I agree to behave responsibly and respectfully, comply with all applicable laws and Event policies, and understand I may be removed without refund for misconduct or unsafe behavior.
5. Medical Treatment - I consent to receive medical care deemed necessary and release the Released Parties from liability in connection with such treatment.
6. Photography/Media - I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the Event and authorize Barrington Bourbon Fest to use my image or likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.
7. Indemnification - I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any liability, claim, or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising from my actions at the Event.
8. Age Verification - I certify that I am at least 21 years old.
