This form is for athletes from around the world who do not have a USA Powerlifting Affiliate nor an active International Drug Free Powerlifting Association national affiliate.

In order to compete in 2025 you will need to have an active USA Powerlifting membership at the time of registration. Registration will begin to be sent out on July 15, 2025. Membership can be purchased HERE.

All athletes must have a verifiable total in a powerlifting organization that conducts drug testing.
