Please submit the information below in order to be considered for a travel bursary award of up to $500 USD to attend the MDS-AOS Botulinum Toxin Convergence on Skills for Movement Disorders and Spasticity (ABCs-MDS) course in Manila, Philippines on November 25-26, 2025.

In order to be eligible to receive a bursary, you must reside within a MDS No Fee eligible country in the MDS Asian and Oceanian Section.
