    This order form is meant for Girl Scout core merchandise, including: uniforms, insignia & badges.

    Once you have submitted your order, we will call by the end of the next business day (Tuesday-Friday).
    If you put an order in on Friday, we will follow up on the following Tuesday.
    W    e will call to go over your order to ensure everything is correct. We can either take payment over the phone or you can pay if you're picking up from the shop.

    **(only open the first Saturday of the month August-May & for council wide events happening at Dellwood)

      Write VOID & today's date on your frequent buyer card or coupon. Upload Photo below.

      We will punch your frequent buyer cards during payment. If your order is being mailed, this will be included in your package. 

      Once Frequent Buyer Cards are filled, they can be used on your NEXT transaction.
