Overview

Beacons Early Learning Collective (BEL-C) is preparing a small-group early learning and care offering designed for families seeking consistency, relationship-based care, and a thoughtfully designed learning environment.

This program is intentionally small and operates outside of CWELCC in order to prioritize:
- stable, familiar caregivers,
- meaningful relationships, and
- a calm, enriching experience for children.
This form helps us determine fit and readiness as we assess whether a group will move forward.
