Custom Order Policy
Thank you for your interest in a custom peice by Master Of Petals! Please take a moment to review the following policy before submitting this form:
Response Time
Once your custom order form is submitted, please allow up to 72 hours for a response. I will contact you using your preferred method of communication as indicated on your form.
Production Timeline
Custom pieces typically require 2 to 6 weeks for completion, depending on the complexity of the design, availability of materials, and current order volume.
Floral Fragility & Material Availability
Due to the fragile and seasonal nature of flowers, I reserve the right to use creative discretion if specific flowers or materials are unavailable at the time of your design. Substitutions will always be made with care to maintain the integrity and beauty of your original vision.
Order Confirmation & Payment
Once your order details are confirmed, a payable link will be sent to your preferred contact method. A non-refundable deposit must be paid to finalize and secure your order. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost. Work will not begin until the deposit is received.
Changes to Your Order
If you decide to change the original instructions after production has already started, please note that this may incur additional fees beyond the originally quoted price.
Progress Updates & Communication
I will provide regular progress updates and notify you before each major step in the process. If I do not receive a timely response to any update or question, I may be forced to cancel your order to avoid unnecessary delays and material waste.
Floral Design Services (Client-Provided Flowers)
If you are providing your own flowers or materials for us to work with, please note that we will handle them with great care. However, due to the natural fragility of floral materials and varying conditions during transit or storage, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or deterioration that occurs before, during, or after the design process.
We always do our best to preserve and showcase your flowers beautifully, but working with client-supplied blooms comes with inherent risk.
Refunds, Exchanges & Liability
All custom orders are final. Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of each piece, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Additionally, we are not liable for any damage that occurs during shipping or once the piece has been delivered.
That said, we want you to be happy with your experience—if something happens or you're unsatisfied for any reason, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll always do our best to help where possible.
