Here's A Quick Rundown Of Our Terms:
Who’s Involved: Certified Leads (the company) provides Roofing leads to you (the client).
What You Get: Qualified leads for Roofing, including verified homeowner details and a request for a quote or service.
How To Get Started: We simply ask for a $100 refundable deposit to book your Kickoff Call and reserve your Zip Codes, that's it!
Cost: $100 per month plus $85 for each qualified lead sent to you. Payments are automatic and non-refundable.
What Is a Qualified Lead? A lead is considered "qualified" if it meets these criteria:
- It’s a homeowner, not a tenant or contractor.
- Their name, phone number, address, and email are accurate.
- They have requested a free quote, estimate or inspection.
Lead Credits: If you think a lead isn’t qualified, let us know by the end of the month. We’ll review and credit you if it doesn’t meet the criteria.
Ending the Agreement: Either of us can end this agreement at any time with written notice. You’ll need to fill out our off-boarding form to stop the monthly fee.
