Please take Notice the People have assembled and realize it is our Constitutional duty and responsibility to instruct our trustees as the Trust Protectors and to have access to information showing actions during their official duties in office. As public servants you have agreed to be trustees according to the strict guidelines in the Constitution(s) and swore an oath to protect the Inherent Constitutional Rights of the People that are set outside of governmental interference. Please take Notice the People have studied and realized our Inherent Constitutional Right to the access of information concerning the People's business. Where in our Constitutions did the People grant our servants and trustees the authority to withhold access to the People's information?
California Constitution Article 1, Section 3: (a) The people have the right to instruct their representatives, petition government for redress of grievances, and assemble freely to consult for the common good. (b) (1) The people have the right of access to information concerning the conduct of the people's business, and, therefore, the meetings of public bodies and the writings of public officials and agencies shall be open to the public scrutiny (Excerpt) (Bolded for emphasis)

Please take Final Notice it is my wish, order and demand that as our trustees you shall provide FULL DISCLOSURE of all information regarding all Federal Funding programs accessed by your departments. If you believe any of these statements to be false, rebut by affidavit, sworn under penalty of perjury, point by point, within five (5) days of receiving this Notice, showing your Constitutional grant of authority to withhold full disclosure to the People regarding their business. Furthermore, your actions will show you are acting with full knowledge, intent, and malice, trespassing on the People and their Inherent Constitutional Rights, and no court shall rehear this matter, but it shall stand as evidence, truth and law in all courts of record.
