IMPORTANT

Discord will be used for all sessions and in game voice/text communication. Please ensure you have this installed and ready to go, prior to your first session.

Please ensure in game voice chats are disabled, on all devices, prior to your session starting, as all communication will be via Discord (and having in game voice chats still enabled will cause technical issues).

We will send you a Discord fact sheet, prior to your first session.

If your NDer will not be comfortable listening / speaking within the voice chat, please let us know above. We will add you/them to a waiting list for a suitable group.

Our groups consist of 2 to 5 participants, depending on participant needs and game restrictions. All pricing is per 2 hour session and inclusive of any additional non F2F components. Session prices vary based on the number of participants and day the session is held (Weekday, Saturday & Sunday).

ND Online Gaming's Service Agreements contain a Program of Support. Each Program of Support is for 10-12 x weekly sessions. Being a Program of Supports, participants are charged regardless of attendance at rate(s) stipulated above. Pursuant to NDIS price guide rules, short term cancellation rules do not apply in Program of Supports arrangements such as this. ND Online Gaming is all about creating a safe space to build social connections, building on / developing various skills. Cancellations change group dynamics and are best kept to an absolute minimum.
