    We appreciate your interest in the Empower 225 WorkReady U High School Equivalency Diploma Program (formerly GED). Please complete and submit this form to register for the next enrollment and orientation session. Please note: All students attending Distance Learning classes or on‑site day or evening courses must participate in an orientation session before starting. Sessions are held at the HP Dream Center, 4829 Winbourne Ave, Baton Rouge, LA 70805, and the Delmont Gardens Library, 3351 Lorraine Street, Baton Rouge, LA. 70805. Enter on the Beachwood Street side, Door #2 (black rails). Dial #2 at the call box. If you cannot attend a scheduled session, call 225-228-2605 to schedule an appointment. Applicants ages 16–17 must attend with a parent or legal guardian. Please bring a government-issued ID, birth certificate, and Social Security card to complete enrollment.*
