Love Wins NYC - Food Distribution Volunteer: Happening the third Thursday of every month, this role supports our monthly pantry program. Tasks include organizing food and supply donations, prepping bags, greeting guests, and helping with set-up and clean-up. It’s hands-on, meaningful work.Community Greeter: Be the first warm welcome folks experience when they walk through our doors. From answering basic questions to helping guests navigate the space, you’ll offer good vibes, clear info, and a smile that says you belong here. Ideal for folks who love people and keep calm under light pressure.Handy-Person: Help us keep things functional and fabulous! Volunteers in this role assist with touch-up painting, wall mountings, light furniture assembly, and other minor fixes. Great for folks who are tool-savvy, safety-minded, and enjoy leaving things better than they found them.Outreach Events Volunteer: Join us out in the community at festivals, health fairs, school visits, and more. You’ll help table, distribute materials, and represent BCPC with knowledge, kindness, and pride. A great fit for outgoing folks who love talking to people and sharing what we do.Special Events Volunteer: From our signature gatherings to one-off celebrations, you’ll help events run smoothly by greeting attendees, directing traffic, managing supplies, and assisting the event team as needed. Perfect for folks who like a little buzz and organized chaos.
