One of the highlights of the Western Swifts calendar is fast approaching! Swifts Cup 2026 promises another fantastic day of badminton, friendly competition, and community spirit. Whether you're aiming for the podium or simply looking to enjoy a great day of badminton with friends, we encourage everyone to get involved.

Presentation & Social Gathering - Sunday 9 August 2026

To celebrate another successful Swifts Cup, we'll be holding our presentations and after-party the following day. We're currently planning a relaxed daytime social event, likely a picnic, where players can come together, celebrate the winners, and enjoy the company of the Swifts community.

• No badminton session will be held on Sunday 9 August
• Medal presentations and celebrations

Before you select your suggested grade below, read the following description.

*swifts member players only*

A Grade — Advanced
High-level players with strong consistency, advanced shots, excellent footwork, strategy, and often tournament experience.

B Grade — High Intermediate
Confident and consistent players who understand doubles tactics, can sustain rallies, and are developing advanced shot variety.

C Grade — Intermediate
Social club-level players who can rally consistently, understand basic positioning, and enjoy competitive games.

D Grade — Improver / Social
Players still building consistency, power, court positioning, and confidence while focusing on improvement and enjoyment.

Please note that if people in teams play in mix grades, the team will be allocated to the higher grade of the two.
