Leadership & People: Fosters strong leadership and invests in talent development.

The jury is looking for:

A company with strong growth, solid financials, and clear strategic vision. It actively strengthen local and regional business ties, leads through innovation and sustainability, and demonstrates positive societal impact. Strong leadership, talent development, and an inclusive culture are essential, along with serving as an inspiring industry role model.
