A new registration fee is applied when contracts end, and services are discontinued. Families must sign a Swim Waiver & Release of Liability Form before swimming lessons are rendered.

    One-piece Swimsuit, Swimming Trunks, Towel, Goggles, Pool Noodle, (Fins & a Kickboard (advanced only)) and 1-2 toys that float. Pin up long hair or wear a Swim Cap to avoid obstruction of sight and entrapment.

  • Waiver and Release

  • Natasha’s Nurturing Nest, LLC offers private swimming lessons as an extension to its private nanny services. Families are required to have access to a private home pool or receive authorization from a property leader that manages aquatic activities at a public/community pool.

    • What: 30 minutes swimming lessons per child (individual or group lessons)
    • Who: Ages 1-12. Our curriculum is designed for children in this age group.
    • Where: Client’s home or a community pool authorized for use.
    • When: Friday, Saturday and Sunday for 1 or 2 days a week until the child is independently swimming.
    • How: Please return this form to NatashasNurturingNest@gmail.com prior to lessons.
    • Registration Fee: $35 for 1 child, $45 for 2 children, $55 for 3 children; $35 per child, per swimming session

    Guidelines:
    Parents will complete all enrollment forms and a waiver to be considered for the program; 3 children are permitted at a time to receive swim lessons; the caliber of training offered to my child (ren) is that of Swim America; safety measures are offered but we are not a Survival School; parents must remain on premises when child receives lessons. However, they should remain out of site to avoid disruptions; notify the owner if another person (i.e. babysitter, family member) will be present; children are required to follow all safety guidelines; all payments are due prior to receiving lessons, monthly payments are made via QuickBooks, Zelle or Venmo; To cancel a lesson, a 30 days notice is due or full payment is due. If inclement weather prohibits lessons, we will work towards a make-up session. Light rain is not considered inclement weather and does not constitute for a make-up session; children that are ill or with a temperature of 101.0 or above should not swim. No lifeguard is on duty. ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL.     A 30-day notice is required to terminate services or a $50 Termination Fee is applied along with any unpaid fees. Return to program requires all past fees to be paid in full. I agree not to disclose the shared swim curriculum without permission from the Swim Coach.

    Participation in all sports can be dangerous and regardless of the care taken to avoid injury, it is impossible to ensure of the safety of participants. Minor and major injuries can happen so children are required to wear the proper swim attire and always follow rules to participate. Children must beware of their surroundings to not collide into people and things, protect loose hair to avoid entrapment; no running or horse playing and only access the pool area and water with permission from an adult, one at a time unless group lessons are offered. Note: the above risk factors are not all inclusive as injuries vary, both internally and externally. I understand this waiver and fully intend and choose the right to release legal rights as stated below:

    To waive any and all claims that I have or may have in the future against Natasha’s Nurturing Nest, it’s owner, manager and workers/contractors as it relates to my child’s participation in swimming lessons. On behalf of myself, my family, my heirs, and my assigns, I hereby release Natasha’s Nurturing Nest LLC, its owner, members, and agents from liability, loss or death to the enrolled participant(s) using a private or public/community pool resulting from lessons received from swimming lessons. No compensation is awarded for photos/videos used, in which is utilized for marketing and advertising purposes for Natasha’s Nurturing Nest, LLC.
