I understand that all fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. I understand that I am responsible for paying all national fees by the fee deadline. I understand my responsibility to compete at the national pageant July 13-18, 2026 in Atlanta, Georgia, and failure to do so will result in a $250 withdrawal fee if the withdrawal is made prior to 30 days before the national pageant. If the withdrawal is made within 30 days of the national pageant, the withdrawal fee increases to $500. By submitting this application, I certify that I am a natural born female and will compete as such, I have never been married nor have I ever been pregnant or had a child, and that I am a legal resident and citizen of the United States. I have read and agree to all the rules as stated on the USA National Miss website. I agree that USA National Miss has the right to refuse this application at its sole discretion and a refund of the entry fee will be provided if this application is refused. USA National Miss reserves the right to change the date, location, and competition details of the national pageant at its discretion.*

Each titleholder must have a credit card on file with our office upon registering. Credit card will NOT be charged for payment of fees. It will only be charged in the event that you withdraw from competing at nationals. Credit card information will NOT be shared and is stored in a secure manner and will be deleted after the national pageant has concluded. By submitting this application, you are giving USA National Miss authorization to charge your credit card $250 in the event that you do not compete at nationals, July 13-18, 2026.

Returning Queen | National Entry FeeThis is for returning state queens from the 2025 national pageant. The discounted Returning Queen fee includes a $35 online processing fee. A new sash will be ordered for you if your title will be different for 2026.
