We are excited to introduce the Leadership Recognition Dinner, a special evening celebration held during our Fall Conference to recognize and honor rising leaders in long-term care.
This event highlights individuals who are early in their leadership journey but are already making a meaningful impact in their organizations and the lives of those they serve. Honorees will be invited to attend an elegant dinner, where they’ll be formally recognized among peers, mentors, and colleagues.
Please use this form to nominate a standout emerging leader from your organization who exemplifies dedication, growth, and leadership potential.
