Immerse Yourself in a Sound Bath & Guided Meditation
Join us for a deeply relaxing session that combines the vibrational therapy of a sound bath with a gentle guided meditation. You’ll lie back on a yoga mat, or a seated in a chair, and let the harmonious tones of gongs, singing bowls, and chimes wash over you, helping to quiet your mind and release tension.
During the session, a guided meditation will support you in focusing your awareness, calming your thoughts, and connecting with the present moment. Many participants experience deep relaxation, mental clarity, and a sense of renewal.

Sound baths are generally considered a low-risk therapeutic practice. However, participation may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. By attending a session, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and understand the potential risks.
It is not recommended that you attend a sound bath session if you have any of the following:
- A history of epilepsy or seizures
- A pacemaker or any serious heart or cardiac condition
- Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
- Severe mental health conditions, or are currently experiencing a mental health crisis
- Metallic implants or prosthetics (e.g., plates, rods, or joint replacements) – please consult your healthcare provider for guidance
Ear Considerations:
If you have sensitive hearing, recent ear surgery, or existing ear conditions (e.g., tinnitus, hearing loss, or ear infections), please consult a healthcare professional before attending. Earplugs may be used if desired.
Eye Consideration:
It is encouraged to have your eyes closed during a meditation and sound bath, if you have eye problems, consult a healthcare professional prior to attending.
Removing contact lenses before or during the session may help reduce dryness or irritation while lying down with your eyes closed.
