Confidentiality Agreement
The Trauma Survivor Circle is designed to be a safe, supportive, and respectful space for individuals who have experienced physical trauma. Everyone is asked to review and agree to the confidentiality guidelines below.
By participating in this group, I agree to the following:
1. What’s shared in the group, stays in the group. I will not repeat or share any personal stories, names, or identifying details discussed by others in the group — inside or outside the group setting.
2. I will respect others' privacy and boundaries. I understand that everyone heals at their own pace. I will not pressure others to share more than they are comfortable with.
3. I will not discuss group members on social media or in public settings. I understand that even vague mentions or anonymous sharing can unintentionally breach someone’s privacy.
4. I will maintain confidentiality even after the group ends.Trust is ongoing. I understand that my responsibility to protect others' privacy does not end when the meeting does.
5. If I feel concerned about someone’s safety, I will talk to the group facilitator privately. I understand that facilitators may break confidentiality only if there is an immediate risk of harm to someone.
By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understood the confidentiality guidelines. I agree to uphold them to help create a safe space for healing and growth.
