We will do our best to fulfill every request, with event participation approved on a first-come, first-served basis depending on staff availability. Please note that teen volunteers may not always be available, and all events must be appropriate for teen participation.

What is a Partnership?
A partnership with the Greensboro Youth Council (GYC) and Youth & Teen Experience (YTX) is a collaborative relationship between organizations, schools, or community groups working together to support youth development, leadership, and community impact. Partnerships may include co-hosting events and offering volunteer opportunities benefit middle and high school teens in Guilford County.

The Youth & Teen Experience operates as a program area under the City of Greensboro’s Parks & Recreation Department.
