I, the undersigned, acknowledge and understand that participation in activities involving an inflatable bounce house entails inherent risks including, but not limited to, the risk of injury or death due to falls, collisions, slips, or improper use.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the bounce house and hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue [Your Business Name], its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me, my child(ren), or guests while using or in the vicinity of the inflatable rental.
Supervision Requirement
I acknowledge that adult supervision is required at all times while the bounce house is in use. It is my responsibility to ensure all participants follow the safety guidelines provided.
Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless KIDSFUNPLEX, its owners, and staff from any and all damages, costs, expenses, and attorney fees arising from claims due to injury, property damage, or loss resulting from use of the bounce house by any person during the rental period.
Non-Refundable Payment & Damage Policy

All payments made are non-refundable unless KIDSFUNPLEX cancels the reservation due to weather or unforeseen events.

I understand that if the inflatable is damaged, excessively soiled, or misused during my rental, I may be held financially responsible for cleaning, repair, or replacement costs.

No refunds will be issued for injuries, incidents, or dissatisfaction during the event.
Weather and Cancellation Policy
KIDSFUNPLEX reserves the right to cancel the rental in case of unsafe weather conditions (rain, high winds, etc.). In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule or provide a credit toward a future rental. If the event is cancelled by the renter less than 48 hours before the event, no refund will be provided.
Acknowledgment
By signing this agreement, I confirm that:

I have read and understood this waiver and release.

I am at least 18 years old and legally capable of signing this document.

I accept full responsibility for the supervision, safety, and conduct of all participants using the inflatable during my rental period.
