The SPB Assessment and all related content—including assessment items, scoring systems, structure, and integration methodology—are the intellectual property of Insperai Inc. and may not be copied, distributed, modified, or used in derivative works without express written permission.
This test draws from open-source psychological models such as the IPIP-50 (Big Five), and is inspired by established typological systems including the Enneagram, DISC, and core values psychology. All original test items and meta-analysis frameworks are proprietary to the Strategic Personality Blueprint (SPB) system.
The SPB Assessment is currently in pilot use and intended for developmental and strategic insight purposes only. It is not a clinical diagnostic tool.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, reverse engineering, or distribution of this assessment or any part of the SPB framework is a violation of copyright and intellectual property law.
Privacy Policy

Your privacy is our priority. This statement outlines how we collect, store, and use the limited information provided through the Strategic Personality Blueprint (CPAR) form.
1. Information We Collect
When completing the SPB form, we collect only the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name (optional): If you choose to provide it.
- Email Address: Used for delivering your SPB report and communicating with you regarding your submission.
- Personality Assessment Results and Stated Goals and Challenges: Includes personality types and insights (e.g., DISC, Big Five, Enneagram, and Core Values & Strengths in Action) and your stated goals, emotions, and obstacles.
- Gender, Age Range, Race, and Occupation (all optional): If you choose to provide them.
2. How We Use Your Information
The information you provide is used solely to:
- Generate your personalized Strategic Personality Blueprint report.
- Customize strategies, recommendations, and insights specific to your results.
- Contact you regarding your SPB, if necessary, or to update you regarding promotions.
- Training the intelligent systems platform and algorithms.
Your information will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or any unrelated purposes.
3. How Your Information Is Stored
We ensure your data is securely stored and protected.
Data is saved on password-protected systems accessible only to authorized personnel.
Email addresses and personality data are kept separate from any optional identifiers like your name.
We implement security measures such as encryption during transmission and secure storage protocols.
Your form assessment data will be retained for a maximum of 90 days after submission, unless you request earlier deletion.
Your report data will be retained for a maximum of 12 months after your SPB report is delivered, unless you request earlier deletion.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data upon request.
- Request corrections to any inaccuracies in your provided information.
- Request the deletion of your data at any time.

Non-Disclosure & Use Agreement

This Non-Disclosure and Use Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use, distribution, and confidentiality of the SPB Assessment, the Strategic Personality Blueprint (SPB) framework, and all related content, materials, and methodology developed by Insperai Inc. (“Provider”).
By accessing, purchasing, distributing, or utilizing the SPB Assessment or related SPB materials in any capacity, you (“User”) agree to the following terms:
1. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
- The SPB Assessment and SPB framework contain proprietary intellectual property, including test items, scoring systems, integration methodology, and meta-analysis tools.
- User agrees not to copy, share, distribute, or publicly disclose any portion of the SPB Assessment, scoring method, or Strategic Personality Blueprint (SPB) reports without written permission from the Provider.
- This includes sharing with colleagues, publishing in training content, or reverse-engineering the system for derivative use.
2. Permitted Use
- User may access and complete the SPB Assessment solely for personal or internal organizational development purposes, or as part of an approved SPB coaching, team, or provider engagement.
- Any professional use (e.g., as a coach, consultant, team leader, or trainer) must be authorized in writing and may require enrollment in the SPB Provider Program.
- No part of the SPB Assessment or SPB Report may be resold, repurposed, or embedded in another product or service without a license.
3. Intellectual Property
- The SPB Assessment is not a reproduction of any proprietary test (e.g., Everything DiSC®, RHETI®, NEO PI-R®) and does not claim affiliation with their owners.
- The SPB system uses original test items inspired by public-domain psychological models (Big Five, Enneagram, DISC, IPIP, and core values and strengths research).
- All rights to the SPB system, its design, methodology, and derivative works remain with Insperai Inc.
4. Disclaimer
- The SPB Assessment is in pilot and validation phase. It is designed for personal and professional development, not as a diagnostic or clinical tool.
- Results are intended to support insight, strategy, and growth. Provider makes no guarantees of outcomes from SPB use and is not responsible for interpretations made outside the scope of authorized SPB services.
5. Violation & Termination
- Any unauthorized use, sharing, or replication of SPB materials constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and damages.
- Violators may be barred from further use or training within the SPB system.
6. Acknowledgment
By continuing, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and agree to the terms above.
- You will respect the proprietary nature of the SPB Assessment and all related content.
- You will contact Insperai Inc. for questions and licensing or professional use inquiries.
