Disclosure of any referral payment is required to be made to the property owner(s) in advance of signing a property management agreement. As such, this referral form and agreement must be completed in advance of, or immediately after you introducing us to the property owner. The referral will be as follows:
Upon approval and written confirmation by HomeLife Property Management BC and the Property Manager, HomeLife Property Management BC agrees to pay a flat fee of $ * plus GST as a Referral Fee upon moving in the first tenant for the above mentioned property after the clearance of the security deposit and the first month's rent for an ongoing Property Management Agreement (Tenant Placement Only Excluded).
If you choose, we can instead offer our Enhanced Media Marketing as well as up to 2 months of paid listing ads complimentary to the property owner you are referring on your behalf in lieu of the referral fee. This would be at least a $685 value to the person your referring (we include 360 Virtual Tours, Interactive Floor Plans and market our listings on over 60+ rental & real estate websites). We'll inform the property owner you are referring that those initial costs will be covered at no cost to them as you've opted to forgo the referral fee on their behalf.
