INSPECTION APPLICATION FOR STUD BOOK ENTRY
The inspection of your horse will enter it into the breeding books for the CWHBA. Entry into the breeding books requires a DNA profile, if DNA has not been completed for your horse we will need a hair sample supplied with a completed DNA application at, or prior to, the inspection.

A current CWHBA Annual or Life membership is required for the owner or Lessee of the horse being presented. Membership will be processed with this inspection application if it is not already completed.
