Hello!
My name is Brieanne, and I have over a decade of experience practicing yoga. Within that time, I have also been a competitive swimmer, swim team coach, and water guru, helping people overcome their fears of the water and realize their true power and potential over their body and mind. I am a 263-hour certified yoga teacher and offer my services both in various studios and in the comfort of your home or private event.
I teach yoga classes, not yoga performances. My style emphasises embodying your yoga practice safely and mindfully within your everyday life through educating you on how to control, stabilize, and balance both your body, mind, and breath. I am the type of teacher who offers you an opportunity to think for yourself and encourages you to take practice home with you.
As a Divine Messenger (devaduti), I not only use the knowledge I've gained through my own experiences and practices to offer guidance and support to others, but also through the art of Divination. With the help of Oracle and Tarot cards, pendulums, and trust in my intuition, I can offer you direct guidance for any specific situations you're seeking more direction on in your life. Register for my Tarot and Oracle classes/workshops to learn more, or email me with any questions you have. I'd love to connect.
The services I offer include private 1:1 prenatal yoga classes, private 1:1 Hatha yoga instruction, private group yoga for parties and events, private 1:1 swim lessons for ages 6 months and up, Aqua Yoga, and my scheduled studio yoga classes and special workshops, which can be found on my linktree.
What cannot be found on my linktree is a request to book a private divination reading with me. Any reading requests can be made via email at sacredmirrorhealing@gmail.com, and 1st Private Reading with me is FREE!!! You can send any questions you have about any of the above services mentioned to that email as well. I look forward to connecting and reminding you of your true power.
