FED Catering Policies & Disclaimers
📋 Deposit & Payment Policy
-A 50% deposit is required to confirm your catering order and secure your event date.
-The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup, unless otherwise arranged.
Payments can be made via PayPal System, or in-person using our portable POS system.
⏳ Ordering & Cancellations
-All catering orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance of the event date.
-Orders canceled 7 days or more before the event will receive a refund of the deposit minus a 10% service fee.
-Orders canceled less than 48 hours before the event will forfeit the deposit.
🚗 Delivery & Pickup Policy
-Catering delivery is available within 25 miles of Pearland, TX 77584. A delivery fee will apply.
-Clients must ensure someone is present to receive the order at the specified delivery time.
-For pickup orders, please arrive at the agreed-upon time to maintain food quality.
🛑 Allergy & Food Safety Disclaimer
-Our menu items are prepared in a kitchen that handles dairy, eggs, nuts, wheat, and other common allergens.
-While we take great care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
-All food should be consumed or properly refrigerated within 2 hours of pickup/delivery to ensure freshness and food safety.

-Prices are subject to change based on market availability and ingredient costs.
-FED Catering reserves the right to decline orders that cannot be accommodated within our schedule or capabilities.
