The Sacred Agreement of Queer Spirit Warrior - Rainbow Bridge Retreat 2
Natural unfolding needs a strong container. The following sacred
agreements are designed to ensure that all participants can experience
the retreat in the most nourishing, respectful, and supportive way
possible.
1. The Space We Create Together
Respect: We ask all participants to treat the land, the elements, and each
other with the deepest respect. We are co-creators of this sacred space,
where silence, vulnerability, and authenticity are honored.
Presence: The retreat is an invitation to step away from the rush of daily
life. We ask that you come with the intention of being fully present. To
yourself, the land, and the group.

Location: The retreat is being held at The Asha Centre in the Forest of Dean: Mill House, Gunn, Lower Spout Ln, Flaxley GL17 0EA https://www.ashacentre.org/
Parking: Available on site.
What to bring: Suitable clothing for movement. Any warm clothing and or blankets /shawls you feel you may need.

3. Accommodation and Meals
Private & Shared Accommodation: We cannot guarantee a private room, however where possible we will do our best to accomodate folks needs.
Meals: The retreat includes nourishing, vibrant meals made with love and
care. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies upon
registration.
4:Health and Well-being
Self-Care: We encourage you to honor your body’s needs during the retreat. Should you feel the need to rest or take time for yourself, please do so.
Health Information: Please let us know in advance if you have any medical
conditions or physical limitations that we should be aware of. Your safety and well-being are of utmost importance.
5:Responsibility and Boundaries
Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own well-being, emotions, and actions during the retreat. We ask that you take full responsibility for your journey, with openness and compassion.
Boundaries: Respect for personal space and emotional boundaries is essential. If at any time you feel uncomfortable, please reach out to the space holders for support.
6: Nature’s Invitation
The retreat is deeply connected to the rhythms of nature. Weather may vary, and we encourage you to dress appropriately for outdoor activities and any time spent in the forest. Bring wellies!
