Terms and Conditions
Subscription Overview
These Terms and Conditions apply to all printed magazine subscriptions for Essential Fleet Manager Magazine. By subscribing, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
Subscription Duration and Renewal
Subscriptions are available on an annual basis (12-month term), unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions will not automatically renew unless specified at the time of purchase.
You will receive a renewal reminder prior to the expiration of your current subscription.
Delivery
Printed issues are delivered via postal mail to the address provided at the time of subscription.
Delivery is available to UK addresses only.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect address details, postal disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Pricing and Payment
All subscription prices are clearly displayed at the time of ordering and include postage charges.
Payment must be received in full before the subscription begins.
We accept major credit/debit cards.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial payment for a full refund, provided no issues have yet been dispatched.
After the 14-day cooling-off period, refunds will not be issued.

Change of Address
Subscribers must notify us at least 4 weeks in advance of any change in delivery address to ensure uninterrupted service.
Changes should be submitted in writing with the subscriber’s name, old address, and new address.
Missed or Damaged Issues
If you do not receive an issue or receive a damaged copy, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date to request a replacement.
Replacements are subject to availability and not guaranteed beyond this period.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is used solely for managing your subscription and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share subscriber data with third parties without your consent.
