Thank you for your interest in fostering one of our amazing animals from our organization. By agreeing to take in a homeless cat, dog, or other animal, you are giving the most vulnerable pets a safe space to stay until they find their forever home! Also, by choosing to rescue an animal, you are and will be a big factor in the rehabilitation process and the period before adoption. Please fill out the following form, and we will contact you once it has been processed so we can proceed to the next step.
By signing up to foster, you agree to:
- Be available to provide love, care, and positive attention to your foster animal.
- socializethe animal. Many of the dogs and cats are scared after all they have been through. Socializing them helps rehabilitate them and get them ready for the adoption stage.
- Learn about your foster animal (through their preferences, dislikes, etc.) so we have an idea of what their temperament and progress are, as well as to provide us with details that we might have missed or never known about. This also helps us place them with the right forever home and family.
- Take plenty of photos and videos of the animal so we can share as much as we can with their potential adopters and our social media family.
- Please make sure to return the animal to the shelter as directed or requested for medical care, vaccines, tests, and any visits with their potential adopters.
