2. I have received and retained a copy of my Certificate of Completion.
3. I understand and agree that I am legally obligated, under Illinois law and federal law, to report any suspected incidents of child abuse or neglect to the appropriate authorities.
4. I am committed to upholding the responsibilities and expectations outlined in the training and to ensuring a safe environment for all children with whom I interact as part of my volunteer role.
   I understand that failure to comply with these obligations may result in disciplinary action, including removal from my volunteer position.
