B|R Treats & Events – Treat Table Setup Agreement
Treat Table Package Includes:
Custom treat table setup & display styling
for varieties of treats (menu confirmed prior to event)
Delivery & setup included (within DFW area)
Client Responsibilities:
Provide one 6–8 ft table (unless otherwise agreed).
Provide access to the venue at least 1 hour before start time.
Table linens, risers, platters, serving tongs provided by the client (if applicable)
Ensure the table is in a shaded or air-conditioned area (if outdoors).
Notify of any food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.
Final menu, colors, and styling theme must be confirmed no later than 10 days before the event.

🔐 To Secure Your Order:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days (2 weeks) prior to your scheduled pickup.
No Exceptions. Late payments may result in order cancellation without refund.
💳 Orders $50 or Less:
Full payment is required upfront to secure these orders.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation is made no refunds with be given. However, you will have 60 days of original date, subject to availability to unless otherwise specified.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to TheBaileiRoseExp@Gmail.com.
📆 Pickup/Delivery Policy:
Once your order is confirmed, your date and time CANNOT be changed.
Please plan accordingly.
Table, Linen, and Display Décor Rentals:
If included in your package or requested as an add-on, B|R Treats & Events will provide:
One 6ft or Two 6ft display tables
Premium table linen (color theme must be confirmed 10+ days prior)
Decor accessories for styling (risers, stands, jars, signage, florals, and props based on theme)
These items are rented for the duration of your event and must be returned in clean, undamaged condition immediately after the event or at the agreed-upon pickup time.
💵 Refundable Security Deposit – $150
A refundable $150 security deposit is required for all table, linen, and decor rentals. This deposit will be returned in full within 48–72 hours post-event if:
✔ All rental items are returned on time
✔ Items are free from damage, stains, cracks, or missing parts
✔ Table linen is not excessively soiled, torn, or burned
✔ No display props are broken, stained, or lost
If damage, loss, or cleaning beyond normal use occurs, the cost will be deducted from the deposit. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method. If damages exceed $150, an additional invoice will be issued.
Liability Waiver:
B|R Treats & Events is not responsible for injuries, food reactions, weather-related issues for outdoor events, damages to rental equipment caused by guests, third parties, or damages once the table has been signed off by the Client or event representative has taken possession. All items are made under Texas Cottage Food Law.
Client assumes responsibility for venue access, power sources, and any necessary permits.
Property Policy:
All equipment, décor, and display items are the property of B|R Treats & Events unless specified otherwise.
Client agrees to return all items in original condition. Missing/damaged items will be charged to the card on file or deducted from deposit.
PHOTO RELEASE
B|R Treats & Events may use photos of setup or treats for promotional purposes unless client opts out in writing.
Service Limitation:
B|R Treats & Events does not remain to serve or supervise the treat table unless explicitly stated. Once setup is approved by Client or venue liaison B|R Treats are not liable for damages, mishandling, condition, cleanliness, safety of the treats, or consumption.
Cottage Food Law Compliance:
All items are prepared under Texas Cottage Food Law. We are not responsible for individual food reactions or guest consumption after delivery.
Please Note- Treats Are Made in A Home Kitchen & Ingredients May Contain or May Have Come In Contact With But NOT LIMITED TO...Milk, Eggs, Soy & Nuts.
***The Clients Are Responsible For Informing The Guests Of Any Potential Food Allergy Hazards.
