Church Project is brining BACK TO SCHOOL BETTER for 1500 local students within Conroe and Spring ISD. Join us in serving local school kids and their families. Enter your information below & GIVE, DONATE, and / or SERVE our city with us.

GIVE HERE to provide funds for a local school kid (or multiple kids) to have a new backpack and school supplies. A gift of $75 will cover costs for a local student to recieve a backpack and their set of supplies for the 2025-2026 school year. $100 will help cover the cost of a backpack, school supplies, and a new pair of shoes!

SIGN UP TO SERVE in several ways before, during and after BACK TO SCHOOL BETTER. You can help setup and pack backpacks/supplies. You can serve day-of as a family host, Spanish translator, hairstylist, station attendant or help with resetting the building.

BACK TO SCHOOL BETTER SCHEDULE
- 7:45AM // Park in Additional Parking (Park-n-Ride) lot off Westridge Dr
- 8AM // All AM/Full-Day Volunteers HUDDLE in the Foyer to rally & pray
- 8:15AM // Group photo
- 8:30AM // In serving locations with brief station huddles for readiness & questions
- 8:45AM // Front doors open for guests
- 9AM // Supplies & hair appointments BEGIN
- 9AM-1PM // AM appointments & serving
- 12:45PM // All PM Volunteers in position & transition smoothly with AM shift
- 1-5PM // PM appointments & serving
- 5-7PM // Reset of building (more hands the better)
IMPORTANT DATES & TIMES
- VOLUNTEER TRAINING: SUN, AUG 3, 1-2PM @ 602 PRUITT
- BACKPACK/SUPPLIES SORTING: SUN, AUG 3 2-3:30PM @ 602 PRUITT
- EVENT SETUP: THU, AUG 7 (9-2PM)
- SHOE-SORTING: THU, AUG 7 (9-2PM)
- AREA LEADS: 7AM-7PM
- AM SHIFT: 8AM-1PM
- PM SHIFT: NOON-5PM
- RESET CREW: 5-7PM
We ask all volunteers to commit to AT LEAST ONE of TWO POSSIBLE shifts during BTSB: AM SHIFT (9AM-1PM) or PM SHIFT (1-5PM). Many people also choose to serve through both shifts. ***Please select only ONE area role in either shift. This helps us organize volunteers more easily***
