Deposit: A deposit payment is required before production starts and are based on the size of the order. . No Returns/Refunds: Due to the custom nature, returns/refunds are not accepted. . Production Time: Custom orders require 5 business days for production. This is an estimate, not a guarantee depending a size of order. . Shipping: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at checkout. . Modifications: Orders are finalized after deposit. Any modifications to the order after the deposit has been sent are due to incur additional charges and have to be approved only. . Custom Logo request range from $15-$25 based on design. . Custom Color request vary in additional charges if we do or don’t have the color you request in stock and may lead to additional production time. .
