Emergency Evacuation Itinerary – Milan to Israel
Tuesday, June 24 – Departure

6:30 PM – Depart from MXP (Milan)

11:55 PM – Arrive in Sharm El Sheikh

10:00 AM – Arrive in Jerusalem

Two armed security guards per bus

Lavish meals and refreshments will be served en route

Price: $799 per person (credit card fee included)

Is baggage transferred automatically?
No. You’ll need to re-check your baggage. Our team will assist you during the connection.

Will the connecting flight wait if there's a delay?
Yes. All flights are under the same agreement and airline, so the connection is guaranteed.

What’s the baggage allowance?

Checked baggage: 50 lbs

Carry-on: 15 lbs + 1 personal item

Extra baggage on charter: $45

Extra baggage from Italy to NY: €75 at the airport

Do I need a ticket number?
No. The booking confirmation you received is sufficient for all flights and services.

What if I miss the bus?
You must arrive at the border on time. Missed transportation will not be refunded.

Is a visa included?
No. You’ll need to pay $20 in cash at the border for the visa.

Are meals provided?
Yes. You’ll be provided with:

Jerusalem: Lunch/snacks

Bus (Egypt): Full meal

Eilat: Dinner

Flight to Italy: Light snacks + drinks

Flight to NY: Kosher meal + snacks + drinks

All flights: Snacks and drinks available on board

Will there be help along the way?
Yes. Staff will accompany the group at every step. Our NY office is also available for assistance.

Is security provided?
Yes. Each bus will have dedicated security and a full police motorcade while in Egypt.

Which passport holders can travel?
Israeli, U.S., EU, and Canadian passport holders are eligible to fly.
All others: please contact us for eligibility and visa guidance.

Are bassinets available?

First flight: Not available

Second flight: Limited availability on a first-come, first-served basis

How comfortable is the trip?
Meals, snacks, drinks, guidance, and staff are provided throughout — along with full security and our heartfelt service every step of the way.

Can I select my seat?
Seats are assigned. While specific selection isn’t available, we will try our best to seat families together.

Is transportation included?
Yes:

Bus on the Israeli side

Bus on the Egyptian side with full security escort and police motorcade

Passport Requirements:
Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your travel date.
Israeli, U.S., EU, and Canadian passport holders are cleared to fly.

Please be aware that this payment is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation by you after payment, no refund will be issued.

This policy is in place due to the unusual and urgent circumstances, where there is exceptionally high demand and limited availability. Many travelers are trying to secure a seat, and immediate payment helps ensure fair and confirmed reservations.

If chas v’shalom the trip is canceled by us for any reason, a full refund will be issued minus a 3% processing fee.
