Thanks so much for supporting Flour Child Boston 💌 We are a home bakery and we’re so excited to bake something special for you. Before placing an order, please review the guidelines below to make sure everything goes smoothly!

All orders require at least 7 days’ notice. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on availability and are subject to a fee.

Order minimum:

6 cookies (half-dozen)

Cookies and brownies stay fresh for up to 5 days when stored in an airtight container at room temperature.

If freezing: allow to defrost in the fridge or on the counter for a couple hours prior to serving.

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup is in Chelsea only.

Delivery is available for orders of one dozen or more, within 6 miles, and is subject to a delivery fee.

Order Process

Once you submit an order, you’ll receive an email within 48 hours with a confirmation, price quote, and pickup details.

To secure your order, the invoice must be paid within 48 hours of receipt.

Please email for any order changes. I do not manage order changes or confirmations via Instagram DMs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cancelled 5+ days before the pickup date are eligible for a 50% refund.

Orders cancelled within 5 days of pickup are non-refundable, as ingredients and time have already been allocated.

Pickup is in Chelsea only. Pickup times are prompt and confirmed in advance. Changes to pick up time are required a minimum of 12 hours in advance.

Orders not picked up within one hour of the agreed time, without notice, may be subject to a $10 late fee and risk cancellation.

- Saturday - 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
- Sunday - 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM
DELIVERY

Delivery is available for orders of one dozen or more within a 6-mile radius, and is subject to a delivery fee.

Changes to delivery time made within 24 hours of the confirmed slot will incur a $10 rescheduling fee, if the new time can be accommodated.

As a small, made-to-order bakery, we prepare ingredients, reserve baking time, and plan our production schedule specifically for each order. Requiring payment before pick-up allows us to protect our time, minimize ingredient waste, and ensure availability for confirmed customers.
