DropFix Pick-Up / Drop-Off Service Form

Please fill out the form to schedule your broken device pickup for an on-demand pickup and drop-off repair service via courier. On-Demand Courier Service Fee for Pick-Up and Drop-Off via Courier is $20.00 flat in addition to the repair price listed below. Our contracted courier will drive to you and pickup and drop off your device once it is repaired usually within the hour, which is predicated on drive time traffic and how far your address is from our location PHON-ER, 1955 N. Vermont Ave., L.A., CA 90027.  Most of our repairs take 10 minutes in repair turnaround once the courier drops off your device to PHON-ER.  Complimentary screen protector will be included with all screen repairs. We accept all forms of payment including Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, Apple Cash and All Major Credit Cards.
