2026 Ponoka Stampede Wild West Trade Fair will run Friday, June 26- Tuesday, June 30. (NEW: FIVE-DAY MARKET)
 
Ponoka Stampede Parade Marshalling will take place morning of Friday and no vendors will have access to the the parking lot or building until after the parade floats have vacated the lot. This includes early morning move-in. 
 
This application includes the rules & regulations for all participants of the 2026 Ponoka Wild West Trade Fair. By completed the application form and submitting payment to participate, you will be accepting the outlined rules & regulations.
 
Booth Spaces & Fees
- Booth drape, one 8' table and two chairs are included with each 10x10 booth.
- Additional tables, chairs and drape can be ordered directly from our preferred display company.
- Power is not included unless specified in the booth selection below. 
- It is not guaranteed you will get the space or location you have requested or had in previous years.
- Depending on booth location, any large equipment and/or displays may be required to move-in early.
- WIFI is public and network not guaranteed.
- Past vendors will be given priority placement until October 1, 2025. Apply early. 
 
Payment
- Once your booth has been approved, payment instructions will be included. Do not call the rodeo office before receiving this notice. 
- Payments must be received in full by May 1, 2026 or booth space will be sold to waiting list vendors. 
 
Move In
Thursday, June 25: 10a.m. – 8p.m.
 
Restocking Hour
One hour before opening. Two vendors passes will be provided per booth.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Booth Sizing Request

Vendors will be notified of the booth space they have been approved for. All booths will be charged GST. Booths are placed by Show Management and no gaurentee is made to your preferred location. 

Power & Forklift services will be booked through our show provider - GES, closer to the event.

The Ponoka Stampede Wild West Trade Show is located off-site from the grounds, where many attendees park to walk across the highway to the event - at the Arena Complex.

• 100's building has two access points: one from inside the rec centre by the main washrooms, one from the side of the building from the parking lot. 
• 200's building has two access points: one from inside the rec centre by the main washrooms, one from the side of the building from the parking lot. 
• 300's building is accessed though the 200's building and the rec centre. 300's building has a bar and live music. 

This will be the 5th year of the event. 2025 was a SOLD OUT marketplace event. Early application is encouraged.

1. Management will attempt to accommodate all requests but due to limited space, vendors will not be permitted location selections. 
2. Management reserves the right to move booth placements, if required, up to the event move-in. 
3. Vendors are to wait for an approval confirmation prior to contacting the office to submit payment.  
4. Payment must be received in full by May 1, 2026 or booth spaces will be released to waitlisted vendors.
5. Vendors must not be in the facility parking lots any earlier than 12:00p.m. on Friday, June 26, to allow for the Parade marshalling operations. This includes morning move-in vendors. 
6. Vendors must be moved in Thursday, June 25 by 7p.m. or will be considered no-shows, no refunds will be issued and booth space will be sold to waitlisted vendors. 
7. Vendors must not sublet or share booth space with any other business or vendor, unless approved by Show Management. 
8. Direct selling is only allowed within booth space. 
9. All booths will have 8’ back drape and 3’ side drape. Tables are 8'. 
10. Security will be effect from move-in until conclusion of move-out.
11. Management reserves the right to cancel booth space if vendors are intentionally breaking terms agreed upon.
12. Vendors acknowledge that all right, title and interest in video(s) and/or photograph(s) taken on the show floor, being original works, belong to Ponoka Stampede for marketing purposes. 
13. No Exhibitor will have exclusive rights to products. Other Exhibitors will be allowed to sell similar products. However, Show Management will do its best to ensure there is not an abundance of similar items.
14. No threatening or aggressive behavior to Show management, security, members of the public, or other Vendors will be tolerated.
15. No helium or propane cylinders are allowed in the buildings.
16. No animals are allowed in the booths, or left in vehicles.
17. No smoking of cigarettes, vaping or marijuana is permitted inside the buildings. 
18. There is no loading dock on-site.
19. Food vendors must comply with the Alberta Health Food Safety Regulations, which includes applying for a Special Event Food Vendor Notification.
20. Food vendors must be self sufficient, contained trucks with the exception of power supply which can be provided.  
21. Show Management may at any time in its discretion, remove the Exhibitor, and/or its employees/workers from event grounds for any violation of this contract.

 We hereby declare that we have read and accepted the terms and conditions of the participation contract and agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the 2026 Ponoka Stampede Wild West Trade Fair, and any agreements which may be imposed by the relevant authorities or the venue as a condition of allotment of space. We hereby sign and agree to be bound by them.
