Deposit Policy
To secure your appointment we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and helping us maintain our schedule and serve all our clients efficiently.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of our expected appointment will be subject to 50% of the service booked. Cancellations made within 12 hours and up unto the employment will time booked or a no-show will be subject to 100% of the service book. We will require a credit card at the time of booking. It is my goal to provide you with the best service possible to you and all of my clients. With respect to that, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a missed appointment and will be subject to the policy, stated above. At that point, we will need to reschedule your appointment to another date and our time.
