1. **Review the Free Registration Form**: Please ensure that all submitted information is accurate before approval.

2. **Provide Consent**: Sign the form to confirm your free registration with Liberty Signature Service (LSS). By signing, you acknowledge the LSS enrollment fee of $5,000, plus applicable taxes. This fee will be due and payable upon either:
 - Approval of financing and the College's receipt of fees for your selected business program (if applicable).

3. **Payment Details**: After receiving financing, you will be expected to pay LSS for the Business Owner Virtual Development Center and will be due immediately. Alternatively, you have the option to make an upfront payment based on the current terms and conditions (subject to change).

4. **Optional VDC Licensing Fee**: You have the option to opt out of the VDC Licensing Fee and become a Passive Business Associate instead of an Active Business Associate. If you choose to opt out, you can be invited back at a later date.
