2026 Fiscal Year Dues Payment Form

Effective January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026
Welcome to the new and simplified Dues Payment Form!

You still need your membership # to complete (so don't start the form unless you have your number handy).
- On-Time Payment: July 1, 2025 - September 20, 2025
- Per our chapter's Policies and Procedures, dues are payable by the September chapter meeting, which is September 20th
- $10 Late Payment Fee: Extended to November 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025
  (December 22nd - 31st Your officers are on hiatus. If mailing a check, please note that the last mailbox pickup will be on Monday, December 22nd)
- $15 Reinstatement Fee: January 1, 2026 and after
- Golden/Diamond Life Members do not pay late or reinstatement fees
What's New?
- Less reading, but you still need to pay attention when responding.
- All questions are on one page.
- You now can pay the full amount of your dues via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card or Debit Card from the form (for a nominal transaction fee).
- Yes, for those that are fee averse, you can still mail your check or money order to the P.O. Box.
- You don't need to print out the form if mailing in your payment.
