I'm building a values-aligned, small-but-mighty team of subcontractors to support thoughtful founders, solo practitioners, and small businesses with the behind-the-scenes work that keeps them running smoothly.

I act as the strategic lead and client contact, you’ll be working behind the scenes as a trusted part of the team, with the possibility of some client-facing work. All roles are subcontracted, white-label roles.

I'm looking for VAs and Bookkeepers who are experienced, values-driven, communicative, kind, organized, and excellent at what they do.
