Great Lakes Create Events Vendor Contract and Rules Thank you for your interest in Great Lakes Create Events! We’re excited to bring together a community of artists, crafters, and small businesses. By submitting payment and registering for the event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Great Lakes Create Events, its organizers, venue partners, and affiliates are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, theft, damage, weather issues, or other incidents that occur before, during, or after the event. Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own property, setup, and conduct. This is a rain or shine event, and no refunds will be issued due to weather. Vendors are allowed to begin setting up one hour before the event starts and must complete tear down within one hour after the event ends. Outdoor booth spaces are 10x10 feet, and indoor spaces are 6 feet wide. No tables, tents, or chairs will be provided. Vendors may park their vehicles directly behind their booths where space allows, but absolutely no vehicles may enter or exit the event area during event hours for any reason. If you think you may need to leave before the event ends, you must park in the designated school parking lot. This rule is strictly enforced for safety. All registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including no-shows, cancellations, or weather-related issues. All products sold must be family-friendly. Inappropriate, explicit, or offensive items are not allowed, and organizers reserve the right to ask vendors to remove any items that do not meet this policy. Vendors are expected to treat customers, fellow vendors, and event organizers with respect at all times. Disruptive or rude behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund and could affect eligibility for future participation. By registering, you acknowledge and accept all of the terms listed above. Thank you for helping us create a positive and welcoming event for the community!
