Acknowledgement of Update
We’ve updated our Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) to make them clearer, more user-friendly, and compliant with Australian laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.

These updates, effective from 1st of July 2025, apply to all new bookings and Credit Account agreements. For existing contracts, the new T&Cs will apply to Services booked or performed after 1st of July 2025, unless otherwise agreed in writing. By booking Services or continuing to use our Services after this date, you (and any Consignee) accept the updated T&Cs. Key changes include improved credit terms, clearer subcontractor protections, and enhanced dispute resolution processes. We’ve worked with legal experts to ensure fairness and transparency for all customers.
