Deposit is non-refunable if cancelled within 24hours of the event (Except for weather related cancellations...please see the information below)

8th of July: Handcrafted Foot Harmony

This event will take place in the lodge lounge in front of the tv and crackling fire. We will teach you & your signifcant other to massage each others feet. R250 per couple.

Times available: 10am, 11am, 12am, 1:30, 2:30, 3:30

4th - 13th July: Family of 4 Special (excluding the 8th)

This event involves a mother and daughter enjoying a relaxing 30min foot treatment followed by a hot chocolate infront of the fire place whilst father and son enjoy a round of golf. Meet up afterwards at JuanMichelle's restaurant to enjoy 2x sharing pizzas. R700 per family of 4

Times available: 11am, 12pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm and 3.30pm

ADVENTURE & NATURE FAMILY EXPERIENCE (4HOURS) - R850 per adult, R425 per child u/12

NIGHT ADVENTURE WALK - R125 per adult/ R80 per child (4 - 12yrs) [R0 kids 1-3yrs]

HIKING (guided) - Full Trip R120 per person (5.6Km)

                           - Half Trip R60 per person (2.5Km)

         (un-guided) - No Cost (5km)

CANOEING (guided) - R150 per person (1hour)

              (un-guided) - R200 (double canoe) (1hour)

                                - Single R120 (1hour)

SOUTH AFRICAN TEA & SOUTH AFRICAN CHOCOLATE TASTING - R130 per adult, R75 Scholars/Pensioners/Students (need to provide student cards) 1h30min

WATERWISE CREATIVE WORKSHOP - R250 per adult, R120 per child

LITHEMBA CRAFT WORKSHOP - R300 per adult, R150 per child u/12

ART IN THE LOUNGE ART EXHIBITION PLUS MEET THE ARTISTS - No cost

RUGBY - No Cost (except for any food & drinks consumed)

OUTDOOR ART MARKET & EXHIBITION - No Cost

 

GENERAL INFORMATION:

• We are situated on the N2 between Knysna & Sedgefield, opposite the Buffalo Bay turn off
• Our mashie golf course & adventure activities, as well as our restaurant are open for day visitors, NOT only in-house guests
• No pets allowed due to our "Nature Lodge" grading
• Please confirm all starting times as these may vary depending on weather, confirmed bookings, uncontrolled circumstances
• Pre-bookings 48hours in advance are encouraged
• NO outside food & drink drinks allowed - we have a licensed on site restaurant
• Payment methods - Cash, Credit card on arrival OR Secure credit card link, EFT (immediate clearance) [Banking details below]
• In case of unpleasant weather, alternative arrangements will be communicated
• Indemnity forms to be completed & signed BEFORE guests embark on any activity
• All activities & experiences are done with the clear understanding that it is at your own risk

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS IN PLACE:

• We cap the number of people per day per activity
• Two adventure guides will be going with the group on the full trip
• Life jackets with whistles are provided for the canoeing
• A safety brief & short demonstation will be given before guests go on the river
• Two water/stop points are incorporated in the activity
• We advise you bring along insect repellent, sunscreen & refillable water bottles
• The guides will have a safety ring should someone fall in the water
• A first aid kit will be taken with one of the guides on the hiking trip
• It is the guest's responsibility to inform the guides of any medical conditions
• An Indemnity Form is required to be filled in before departure
• The decision to take part in the activity is 100% at your own risk

WEATHER CONDITIONS:

• No activity will be cancelled unless the weather is very severe & could put people's lives at risk
• Should a specific time be unavailable due to the weather conditions, we will move your booking to the next availalbe slot (this will be communicated with you prior to make sure it suits both parties)
• In the case of not being able to move allocated booking due to weather, your payment will be refunded in full. (For credit card payments - this will be done within 5 working days or once reflected, less bank charges)

6. Camera & binoculars to experience the incredible bird life from our newly built bird hide
7. Golf equipment & balls (Lodge availability is limited so please book ahead to secure equipment otherwise feel free to bring your own)
8. Always insect repellent & sunscreen

10. Medication for any medical conditions or allergies
