About Humanity 360, INC:

Humanity 360 is a national nonprofit dedicated to mental wellness through healing-centered engagement with youth and families. Our work fuses mindfulness, movement, sound, journaling, and emotional intelligence practices to help young people feel whole, empowered, and seen.

Program Overview: Summer Wellness Pop-Up:

This one-week intensive program is designed to nurture the mental, physical, and emotional well-being of boys in a fun, culturally affirming, and brotherhood-building environment. Each day offers interactive sessions focused on mindfulness, physical movement, emotional literacy, and positive conflict resolution. Our aim is to disrupt cycles of emotional suppression and support our boys in discovering new tools for expression, confidence, and joy.

Program Goals:
- Strengthen daily emotional, physical, and mental resilience
- Build brotherhood and healthy social bonds
- Offer culturally responsive tools for emotional regulation
- Reframe harmful beliefs around masculinity and expression
- Create space for joy, movement, and voice
