Timmy Duckin Appearance Requests

We’re excited you’re interested in having Timmy Duckin, the official mascot of the San Antonio River Walk, join your upcoming event. Please submit all appearance requests at least two weeks in advance. Requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days, though submission does not guarantee an appearance.

At this time, nonprofit and community events are typically complimentary. Corporate or private events may be subject to an appearance fee depending on event needs and staffing requirements.

Please note that Timmy appearances are limited to 25 minutes. If your event spans multiple hours, please share the specific timeframe you would like Timmy present and actively engaging with guests below.

For approved appearances, we require:

• Event address, arrival instructions, and an on-site contact
• A private indoor space for mascot preparation and changing (restrooms may not be used for this purpose)
• Reserved parking when applicable
• Bottled water for the mascot team
• A safe environment with accommodations for short breaks if needed (typically the changing room provided)

Timmy is unable to participate in unsafe conditions, severe weather, or environments that may compromise the safety of our team.

Please note that any use of Visit San Antonio, San Antonio River Walk logos, branding, photos, or other marketing assets related to Timmy Duckin must receive prior approval from the Visit San Antonio Marketing team before being used in promotional materials.
