Mascot Appearance Requests
We’re excited to be part of your upcoming event! Please send in your request at least two weeks in advance. We’ll respond within 3–5 business days. Just a heads-up: submitting a request doesn’t guarantee an appearance.
Fees vary depending on the type and location of your event. As a general guide, school and non-profit events usually start at $40/hour and corporate events in Bexar County start at $75/hour, both with a 2-hour minimum. For anything outside Bexar County or more complex needs, we’re happy to build a custom package that fits your event and budget--just let us know what you're thinking!
If you need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours’ notice—otherwise, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
To make sure everything runs smoothly, we’ll need:
- Accurate directions and an on-site contact with a mobile number
- A private and secure changing room (not a bathroom or closet)
- Parking and bottled water for the mascot
- A friendly environment and time for breaks (every 45 minutes or more often if it’s outdoors)
- Note: Our mascots cannot appear in severe weather or unsafe settings and may leave without a refund if necessary
We don’t provide certificates of liability insurance—by submitting the request, you accept full responsibility for the appearance.
