General information:
Suitable for beginners, this earring workshop will teach you the basics of how to make a pair of silver earrings - studs, hoops or drop earrings.
Using techniques such as soldering, filing and texturing you will take away a pair of earrings to enjoy.
Basic materials will be provided but you will be able to purchase more here should it be required - just come prepared with some ideas, it's handy to bring a sketchbook and we also recommend an apron.
Please note no open toe shoes and long hair should be tied back.
The course will run twice on Monday 18th August.
There are two opportunities: One course will run in the morning, from 10.00 - 1.00pm and the second in the afternoon from 1.30 - 4.30pm
The price of the course is £60.00 and this will include enough material for you to make one pair of earrings plus morning/afternoon refreshments.
Should you have time and wish to make additional items, the material cost for these will be at an additional charge, payable to the tutor on the day.
Once spaces have been allocated you will be asked to make full payment to secure your space; unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds but you will be able to nominate someone else if you are unable to attend.
Please note it is not viable for us to run this session with less than 5 students. If we have less than 5 we reserve the right to cancel this workshop. Maximum number 6.
