Please note that requests need to be made at least 4 weeks in advanced to give our staff time to coordinate appropriately. February, April, and November are especially popular times for requests, so availability may be limited. Requests are not guaranteed and must be confirmed by a member of our staff. Confirmation can take up to 7 business days.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 3 weeks before your scheduled event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made before 2 weeks of your event are eligible for a 50% refund.Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event because our staff has already began preparing for your presentation.
