February, April, and November are especially popular times for requests, so availability may be limited. Requests are not guaranteed and must be confirmed by a member of our staff. Confirmation can take up to 7 business days.

    Cancel at least 3 weeks before your scheduled event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made before 2 weeks of your event are eligible for a 50% refund.Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event because our staff has already began preparing for your presentation.
