Please note that requests need to be made at least 4 weeks in advanced to give our staff time to coordinate appropriately. February, June, and November are especially popular times for requests, so availability may be limited. Requests are not guaranteed and must be confirmed by a member of our staff. Confirmation can take up to 7 business days.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your booking. Please note that requests to change the date or time of your event are subject to the same policy as cancellations. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 30 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 29 - 20 of the event are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds or rescheduling can be accommodated within 19 days of the event date, as staff time and event preparation are already underway. Requests to change the date or time of a confirmed booking are subject to staff availability and are not guaranteed. If a rescheduling request cannot be accommodated and the original booking is canceled, the cancellation policy above will apply.One complementary rescheduling request made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled program may be accommodated at no additional charge. Additional requests will incur a $50 administrative rescheduling fee per requested change.Rescheduling requests made within 29 - 20 days of the scheduled program will incur a $50 administrative rescheduling fee if the request can be accommodated.Requests made within 19 days of the scheduled program may not be accommodated due to staffing and scheduling limitations.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide the best experience for all of our guests.
