NBCRA Summer Show | August 8-10 2025
PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING:
ALL stalls and hookups for our August 8-10 show must be booked using this form - first come, first paid, first served. Bookings can be made individually or for your entire barn group. Payment in full is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable with exception to horse or exhibitor illness/injury.

Exhibitors eligible for a $100.00/stall discount through the NBCRA Sponsorship Incentive Program must still book stalls using the form, and pay their remaining balance of $25.00/stall to serve as a deposit.

STALL FEES
$125.00/weekend (8x8 or 8x12)
$250.00/weekend (double 8x8)

HOOKUP FEES
SEMI SERVICE: $70.00 for two nights, $100.00 for three nights
FULL SERVICE: $100.00 for two nights, $150.00 for three nights

All stalls and hookups must be paid prior to arrival on show weekend.

Please indicate all stalls and bedding that you and/or your group will require. If you have no specific preferences for barns or stall sizes, please leave the barn fields blank and notate "8x8" for stall size. We will make all efforts to place you in your desired barns and stall sizes, however please keep in mind that due to the anticipated volume of entries and restrictions on the size of the facility, we may not be able to guarantee to fulfill every single request. All decisions regarding stabling placements are at the final discretion of the NBCRA Show Committee.

Booking Notes
Please put any further preferences here and we will do our best to accommodate them. If you have requested an 8x12 stall and your horse absolutely requires one due to their size or other physical limitations, please let us know so we can ensure they are assigned appropriately.
