2026 Partner Agreement
A Partner Agreement is an efficient means of selecting your sponsorships and Chamber benefits in one, simple application rather than consistently throughout the year. When you enhance your Chamber Membership with a Partner Agreement, you receive event sponsorship recognition and the associated benefits for an entire year at a discounted rate!
Partnerships are on a first come, first serve basis.
This Partner Agreement is required for ALL Partnerships.
-Event referred to as "Knowledge NOW Luncheon Presented by (Sponsor's Name) - Logo placement on event materials - Social Media recognition tagging your business - Logo and link placement on the Chamber website event page - Special verbal recognition at the event - Option to set-up promotional/information table - Option to present for up to 15 minutes- Reserved seating for sixteen (16) - Priority seating at event

- Sponsorship to include logo on all marketing materials, social media, and website. Banner at all four Summer Sounds events, and multiple mentions from stage during event.
- Sole sponsorship of the Movie Night- Selection of the month you would like to host (first come, first serve basis)- Selection of the movie that is shown (subject to licensing availability) - Promotion of your movie night through the following avenues: Chamber Corkboard Email sent to all Chamber Members - Facebook Events + posts through the Chamber’s Facebook page that has over 8,000 followers - Opportunity to set up a booth at the Movie Night to give out promotional items or snacks / drinks to attendees (not required).
-Opportunity to speak at Retreat - Opportunity to participate in retreat with participants - Recognition at Graduation and in Chamber marketing materials - Social Media recognition tagging your business
Award one scholarship to a high school student to participate in the Leadership Gainesville Program. This sponsorship will cover the tuition and fees for a Student to participate. Recognition at Graduation and in Chamber marketing materials - Social Media recognition tagging your business

- Option to give a 15 minute presentation during lunch on Leadership Gainesville month of choice (Not available for September, December, or May) - Recognition at Graduation and in Chamber marketing materials - Social Media recognition tagging your business
- Business logo will be printed on the session agenda - Opportunity for one (1) representative to participate in the selected month with participants (Not available for September or December) - Recognition at Graduation and in Chamber marketing materials - Social Media recognition tagging your business - Option to give a 15 minute presentation before breakfast on selected Leadership Gainesville month (Not available for September or December)

5% discount for the 2026 Partner Agreement paid in full by January 31st, 2026. All event sponsorships must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event.
By signing the 2026 Partner Agreement below, I am committing to the sponsorship(s) selected above. I understand that I will be invoiced within 30 days of submitting my application and will be responsible for paying the total amount selected prior to the event(s). I understand that the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to refuse any sponsorship(s) selected.
